Our Supply the High Mantra
In 2008, team members at an offsite meeting took inventory of our strengths and goals. We identified many traits in our Company, but what was it that kept people coming back? Jet Linx provides an experience that produces a feeling of elation, or a sort of “high.” No sooner than that was said, the Supply the High (STH) mantra was born.
What does it mean to Supply the High?
Jet Linx provides an experience few can afford. When it’s done right, our clients experience a sense of elation that can only be explained as a “high.” This level of premier customer service requires seamless coordination throughout the entire organization, and a commitment to our fellow team members – as well as our clients – that we will fulfill our role to the best of our abilities. Whether we’re marketing and selling our services, quoting trips, coordinating flights, greeting clients, flying aircraft, recruiting and supporting team members, performing maintenance, supporting technology, washing cars, or creating invoices – if one fails, we all fail. It is the duty of every Jet Linx team member to ensure accuracy, consistency and personalized service for every client – and for one another – on every flight. In doing that, we “Supply the High.”

To ensure the success our teams in the field, the Jet Linx National Operations Center in Omaha, NE provides heart of house support, from IT, Business Development and Human Resources to Accounting, Operations and Marketing.

Our Commitment to Give Back
With an emphasis on local service and a set of core values to lead decision-making including compassion and selflessness, it’s only natural that Jet Linx team members support the communities where they live and work. We take pride in partnerships that benefit our local communities, and we seek to make a positive impact by engaging with nonprofit organizations. While we work to Supply the High to our clients and our fellow team members, our team comes together to Supply the Change in the communities we call home.


Annual Partnership with The Tutu Project
Founded by Bob and Linda Carey in 2003, The Tutu Project is a non-profit organization devoted to providing financial assistance for those battling breast cancer by raising funds for expenses not covered by insurance, such as groceries, utility bills, and transportation to doctor appointments. During Linda’s fight against the disease, husband Bob began taking photos of himself in a pink tutu to lift her spirits, eventually gaining national acclaim after an appearance on The Today Show in 2012. In January 2020, The Tutu Project launched a grant program to provide financial assistance directly to individuals and families currently fighting breast cancer, instead of distributing funds solely through charity partners.
#Dare2Tutu
Jet Linx launched our annual #Dare2Tutu campaign in 2015, a donation matching program in which Jet Linx donates $10 for each photo taken at a Jet Linx Base with the iconic pink tutu and #Dare2Tutu hashtag. Since 2015, Jet Linx, in partnership with our clients and friends of the Company, has raised over $292,800 in support of the fight against breast cancer and generated more than 12,000 #Dare2Tutu photos. Jet Linx remains the single-largest corporate sponsor of The Tutu Project. Look for pink tutus at the National Operations Center and Base locations nationwide every October!
