Vision insurance can help you maintain your vision as well as detect various health problems. Jet Linx’s vision insurance entitles you to specific eye care benefits. Our policy covers routine eye exams and other procedures and provides specified dollar amounts or discounts for the purchase of eyeglasses and contact lenses.
In addition to protecting your smile, dental insurance helps pay for dental care and includes regular checkups, cleanings and X-rays. Several studies suggest that oral diseases, such as periodontitis (gum disease), can affect other areas of your body—including your heart. Receiving regular dental care can protect you and your family from the high cost of dental disease and surgery.
Company-Paid Short-Term/Long-Term Disability
Jet Linx provides eligible employees with short- and long-term disability income benefits. We want to do everything we can to protect you and your family. That’s why Jet Linx pays for the full cost of short- and long-term disability insurance—meaning that you owe nothing out of pocket.

401(k) with Company Match
Jet Linx offers a tax-advantaged, defined-contribution 401(k) retirement account with a compelling Company match. Team members can make contributions to their 401(k) accounts through automatic payroll withholding and are responsible for choosing specific investments within their 401(k) accounts, from the selection Jet Linx offers. Offerings include an assortment of stock and bond mutual funds, as well as target-date funds that hold a mixture of stocks and bonds appropriate in terms of risk for when that person expects to retire.
Employee Assistance Program
The Health Advocate Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offered to all team members and immediate family members at Jet Linx, providing unlimited access to a confidential Licensed Professional Counselor by telephone, resources and tools online, and up to five face-to-face visits with a consultant for help with a short-term problem.
Starting or staying with a fitness routine isn’t always easy, but Jet Linx is here to help. Our fitness reimbursement program allows you to choose your own approach to getting and staying healthy. Whether you’re a part-time or full-time team member, Jet Linx will reimburse you for up to $25 per month for fitness membership fees.
Company-Paid Life and AD&D Insurance
While Jet Linx offers basic life insurance, some employees may want to purchase additional coverage. With voluntary life insurance, you are responsible for paying the full cost of coverage through biweekly payroll deductions. You can purchase coverage for yourself, your spouse or dependent.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Paying for health and dependent care can be stressful. That’s why Jet Linx offers an employer-sponsored flexible spending account for both health care and dependent care.
Supply the High-5 Employee Assistance Fund
The Jet Linx Employee Assistance Fund/STH-5 Fund was created to help team members facing financial hardship immediately after a natural disaster or unforeseen personal circumstances. The STH-5 Fund relies primarily on individual donations from team members and support from Jet Linx. Every contribution helps, and when combined with the donations of others, can provide a tax-free grant to help a fellow team member in need.
